Deleting your Solvo account

You can delete your Solvo account at any time from inside the app. You do not need to contact anybody.

From the app

1. Open the Solvo app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Choose "Delete account" at the bottom of the list.
4. Read what is removed and what is kept, then type DELETE to confirm.

What is removed

Your name, phone number, email, profile photo, bio, KYC documents (KTP and selfie), emergency contacts and notification devices. Every session is signed out immediately. Your phone number is released, so you can sign up again later with the same number.

What is kept, and why

Orders you took part in stay in the other party's history — those are their records too, not only yours. Financial records (payments, escrow, refunds) are kept for accounting and tax obligations. Reviews you received stay without your name attached, so that deleting and re-registering cannot erase a rating other people rely on. None of these records still carry your name, number or email.

Cannot get into the app?

If you have lost access to your phone number, email privacy@solvo.id from the address linked to your account. We will verify it and action your request.
