Partner Agreement
Last updated: 2026-10-02
1. Parties and nature of this agreement
This Partner Agreement is between you, a service professional who takes jobs through Solvo ("master", "you"), and PT Choza Balibu Family ("Solvo", "we"), NIB 2506240060092, Jalan Sugriwa No 60, Banjar Padangtegal Kelod, Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. Contact: support@solvo.id.
It applies together with the Solvo Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Dispute Rules, the SOS Disclaimer and the Community Rules. You accept it when you register as a master.
This is a partnership (kemitraan) between independent parties. It is not an employment relationship.
- You are not an employee, worker or agent of Solvo, and Solvo is not your employer.
- Solvo pays you no salary or wage. Your income is the price clients pay for jobs you complete, minus Solvo's commission.
- You decide when you work, which jobs you offer on and, where the job leaves the price open, what price you offer. Solvo does not set your schedule and does not assign jobs to you.
- You do the work under your own agreement with the client. Solvo is a marketplace and is not the provider of the home service.
- You may also work for your own customers outside Solvo. The only limit is section 8: jobs found on Solvo stay on Solvo.
2. Who can be a master
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in Indonesia.
- You must have the skills, tools and, where the law requires them, the permits or certificates for the jobs you take.
- Your account is personal. Do not let another person take jobs under it.
3. Identity verification
- To become identity-verified you submit a KTP photo, a selfie video and a bank account in your own name.
- The check is carried out with our verification provider, Didit. How this data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Clients see your display name and rating. Your identity documents are never shown to clients.
- Verification is your choice. Without it you can still work, with the limits in section 4.
4. Commission and limits
Solvo's commission is charged to the master only. The client pays no platform commission.
| Identity-verified master | Unverified master | |
|---|---|---|
| Solvo commission | 10% of the job price | 15% of the job price |
| Jobs per day | No limit under this agreement | One job per day |
| Job value | No limit under this agreement | Jobs up to Rp 200,000 |
The commission is deducted when the escrow for the job is released to you.
5. Getting and doing a job
- Jobs and offers. You see jobs with an approximate area (about ±200 m) and send an offer (bid). In the fixed-price and budget modes the client's payment for the job is already held in escrow when the job is posted. In the request-offers mode the client pays the escrow hold when accepting an offer, not when posting.
- Acceptance. When the client accepts your offer, you see the exact address. An accepted offer is your commitment to do the job at that price.
- Arrival. Your arrival is checked by location. The client gives you a 4-digit PIN at the door. Ask for the PIN only when you are at the address, never in advance.
- The work. Do the work that was described and agreed, carefully and safely.
- Result photos. When the work is finished, upload real photos of the result.
- Confirmation. The client confirms the work. If the client neither confirms nor opens a dispute, the escrow is released automatically after the period shown in the app.
6. Your money
- When the escrow is released, the agreed price minus Solvo's commission goes to your Solvo wallet.
- Payouts are made on your request to a bank account in your own name. The account holder's name must match your verified identity.
- Each earning can be withdrawn 3 days after it is credited to your wallet. The minimum payout is Rp 100,000.
- The transfer fee is shown before you confirm (currently Rp 2,500), is deducted from the payout and is borne by you.
- The first payout to a newly added bank account is reviewed by Solvo before it is sent.
- Payouts are requested in the app and processed by Solvo. Solvo does not promise a time.
- If you have money and close your account, you can withdraw all of it, even below the minimum. An account cannot be deleted while money remains in the wallet, a debt exists or a payout is in progress.
7. Cancellations and disputes
- A client may cancel an order until the client accepts a master's offer. A hold that has already been paid then returns to the client, and no payment is due to you for that order.
- After the client accepts your offer, the client can no longer cancel. Problems are handled through a dispute.
- Either you or the client can open a dispute from the order, and both can submit evidence (photos, messages). While a dispute is open, the escrow stays held.
- Solvo decides one of three outcomes: full release to you, full refund to the client, or a split. The decision is communicated in the app. The Dispute Rules explain the process, including that Solvo may submit a dispute for a further review through mediation.
- If you cannot do a job you accepted, tell the client in the chat and contact in-app support as early as possible.
8. Keep the job on Solvo
- Contact details in chat (phone numbers, messenger handles, links, bank details and requests to deal outside Solvo) are hidden automatically by rules. There is no AI analysis.
- Do not ask a client to pay in cash or by transfer outside Solvo, and do not move a job found on Solvo to another channel.
- A job taken off-platform has no escrow and no dispute protection, and can lead to suspension of your account.
9. Your responsibilities
- The work. You are responsible to the client for the quality and safety of your work and for damage or loss you cause while doing it.
- No insurance from Solvo. Solvo does not provide insurance, social security or any guarantee for you, for your work or for property at the address. If you want such cover, arrange it yourself.
- Taxes and obligations. You are responsible for your own taxes and other legal obligations on your income, except where the law requires Solvo to withhold or report.
- Tools and costs. Tools, materials and transport are yours to arrange, unless you agreed otherwise with the client in the order.
- Conduct. Follow the Community Rules. Treat clients and their homes with respect.
- Client data. Use a client's address and other details only to do the job. Do not keep, share or use them for anything else.
10. Safety
The app has an SOS button. It opens your phone's call screen for emergency number 112 (you place the call yourself), freezes the order and the escrow, and notifies Solvo's operations team. Solvo tries to notify your emergency contacts but cannot guarantee delivery. Solvo is not an emergency service and does not send police or medical help. See the SOS Disclaimer.
11. Referral program
You can take part in the referral program on the terms in the Terms of Service. In short: there is no time limit for the people you invited; the rate depends on the accumulated order turnover of everyone you invited (3% from the start, 4% from Rp 50,000,000, 5% from Rp 250,000,000) and is not lowered; Solvo may set a rate by hand. The reward is a percentage of the order price paid with real money, and for one order the total of all referral rewards never exceeds 5% of its price (if the client and the master were invited by different people, each receives half of their rate). A reward is earned when the payment is released to you and is held for 14 days. If the order is refunded the reward is reversed; if it was already withdrawn, it is offset against future rewards and withdrawals are blocked until it is repaid. Rewards are not paid between accounts that are the same person or are linked (same phone, e-mail, bank account or device). An invitation code can be entered manually within 7 days of registration and before the first completed order; the inviter cannot be changed.
12. Suspension and ending this agreement
- You can stop at any time: simply stop taking jobs, or request deletion of your account in the app. An account cannot be deleted while money remains in the wallet, a debt exists, a payout is in progress or a job is in progress. A master who has money can withdraw all of it, even below the minimum.
- Solvo may warn you, limit features, suspend or close your account if you break this agreement, the Terms of Service or the Community Rules, commit or attempt fraud, or put other people at risk. We will tell you about the measure and the reason, unless that would hinder a fraud or safety investigation.
- Jobs, disputes and payouts already in progress are completed under this agreement.
13. Changes
We may update this agreement. The new version is published on solvo.id with a new date and version, and we inform you through the app or the contact details in your account. If you keep taking jobs after the new version takes effect, it applies to you. If you do not agree, you can stop and delete your account.
14. Law, language and disputes with Solvo
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- It is available in Indonesian and English. If the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
- A dispute between you and Solvo is first settled amicably: write to support@solvo.id. If that does not work, it may be brought before the competent Indonesian court.
- Nothing in this agreement removes or limits rights that the law does not allow to be removed or limited.
