Don't confirm the job. Open a dispute with photos — the money stays in escrow until it's decided, so the master isn't paid. Claims ≤ Rp 100k are auto-decided; above that, a human moderator.

When exactly does my money leave my account?

When you order, funds are held in escrow — not sent to the master. Money is only released to the master after you confirm the job is done. For a price range, the unused part is refunded to your Solvo balance after completion.

Why is there a 4-digit PIN? (the reason)

So no one can claim they 'showed up' and bill you when they didn't. The master can't start the timer or get paid until you hand over the PIN in person — so it proves they're actually at your place, and you control when work begins. It protects you and creates a clear record of the start time for both sides.

Why escrow instead of paying the master directly?

Because paying directly means your money is gone the instant something goes wrong. Escrow holds the funds with a neutral party (the same idea as rekber / rekening bersama used in Indonesian online shopping) until you confirm the job is done right. The master knows the money is real and waiting; you know it won't release before the work is good. Fair to both sides.

Why is the app free for clients? How does Solvo make money?

Solvo's commission comes from the master on each completed order — not from you. Clients only pay the bank/payment fee and, if the master requests extra materials mid-job (scope-creep) that you approve. So the price you set is essentially the price you pay.

Why verify with a KTP instead of just a selfie?

Because a master comes inside your home — the stakes are different from ordering food. A selfie is easy to fake and ties to no one. A KTP links the account to a real government identity, so if something goes wrong there's an actual accountable person, not a WhatsApp number that disappears tomorrow.

For a price range, how much is held and paid?

Escrow holds the maximum of your range (so it covers the highest case). After the job is finished and you confirm, the unused difference is refunded to your Solvo balance. You don't lose the difference.

Can I pay using my Solvo balance?

Yes. If you have a balance (for example from a refunded escrow remainder), you can pay an order's escrow straight from it without going through Midtrans. If your balance isn't enough, that option is disabled automatically.

Upload KTP + liveness selfie (Vida API) + bank account. Manual review within ~24 hours. Once approved, you can see jobs near you and bid.
