Invite friends. Earn a share of every order they ever complete on Solvo — for life.

How much you earn

Three tiers based on your lifetime cumulative volume from invitees:

Tier	Threshold (lifetime invitee volume)	Your share
Tier 1	Rp 0 – Rp 5M	2%
Tier 2	Rp 5M – Rp 25M	3%
Tier 3	Rp 25M+	5%

Tier upgrades automatically the moment you cross a threshold. No cap. No expiry. As long as your invitee orders, you earn.

Example:

You invite Budi. Budi books AC repair for Rp 250k. You earn Rp 5k (2%, Tier 1).

A year later, Budi has spent Rp 6M total via your link. You're now Tier 2 (3%). Every new order from Budi earns you 3% — and your next invitee starts you back from Rp 0 against tier (each invitee counts to your overall lifetime volume).

How to invite

Three ways. Pick whichever your friend likes.

Direct link — solvo.id/r/YOURCODE. Tap, install, sign up — they're auto-attributed.
WhatsApp — pre-filled message with your code. Tap "Share via WhatsApp" в the app.
QR code — tap "Show QR" в the app. Friend scans с iPhone camera, lands on your invitation page.

When you get paid

Each referral payout has a 14-day hold before it becomes available. If your invitee's order is cancelled inside that window, the payout reverts (clawback). After 14 days the money is yours.

Status flow: HELD (in the 14-day window) → AVAILABLE (ready) → PAID (moved into your Solvo balance).

⚠️ "Withdraw" moves the money into your Solvo balance inside the app, not to a bank account. From there, a handyman can pay it out to a bank the usual way; a client cannot yet — see [[refunds]].

Where to track

Open the app → Promo tab (clients) or Profile → Referrals (masters). You'll see:

Tier badge — what you are now (1/2/3) + progress bar to next
Balance — split into HELD (locked) и AVAILABLE (ready to withdraw)
Recruits list — who you invited and where they are in the funnel. We do not show what they spend, and there is no earnings chart: neither number is measured today

Common questions

Can I refer myself with a different number? The system blocks the obvious case — you cannot redeem your own code, and one person can only ever have one inviter. It does not compare KTP numbers; we do not store the NIK at all, so a second phone number is not currently detected. Doing it anyway is a violation of the terms and is handled by hand when we spot it.

My friend signed up but didn't enter my code. They can still attribute later — open the app, tap "I have a code" on the referral hub, paste your code. There is no time limit on this, as long as they have never used another code.

Why a 14-day hold? To prevent a fraud pattern: invite → pay yourself → cancel → keep referral commission. Hold + clawback closes the loop.

What happens to my earnings if I stop using Solvo? They stay on your account. There is no self-service account deletion in the app yet, so there is no automatic payout at deletion either — write to support.

Can I become a Tier 3 partner faster? Only by bringing volume — the tier follows the total value of orders completed by the people you invited. There is no shortcut and no cap.
