How much you earn

Three tiers based on your lifetime cumulative volume from invitees:

Tier	Threshold (lifetime invitee volume)	Your share
Tier 1	Rp 0 – Rp 5M	2%
Tier 2	Rp 5M – Rp 25M	3%
Tier 3	Rp 25M+	5%

Tier upgrades automatically the moment you cross a threshold. No cap. No expiry. As long as your invitee orders, you earn.

Example:

You invite Budi. Budi books AC repair for Rp 250k. You earn Rp 5k (2%, Tier 1).

A year later, Budi has spent Rp 6M total via your link. You're now Tier 2 (3%). Every new order from Budi earns you 3% — and your next invitee starts you back from Rp 0 against tier (each invitee counts to your overall lifetime volume).

How to invite

Three ways. Pick whichever your friend likes.

Direct link — solvo.id/r/YOURCODE. Tap, install, sign up — they're auto-attributed.
WhatsApp — pre-filled message with your code. Tap "Share via WhatsApp" в the app.
QR code — tap "Show QR" в the app. Friend scans с iPhone camera, lands on your invitation page.

When you get paid

Each referral payout has a 14-day hold before becoming available для withdraw. Why? If your invitee cancels their order within 14 days, the payout reverts (clawback). After 14 days, the money is yours — withdraw to bank account anytime.

Status flow: HELD (in 14-day window) → AVAILABLE (ready to withdraw) → PAID (in your bank).

Where to track

Open the app → Promo tab (clients) or Profile → Referrals (masters). You'll see:

Tier badge — what you are now (1/2/3) + progress bar to next
Balance — split into HELD (locked) и AVAILABLE (ready to withdraw)
Recruits list — who you invited, their lifetime spend
Earnings chart — last 30 days
Tier explainer — what changes at each tier

Common questions

Can I refer myself with a different number? No. Same KTP detected — referral is voided. Honest sharing only.

My friend signed up but didn't enter my code. They can still attribute later — open the app, tap "I have a code" on referral hub, paste your code. Works for 30 days after signup.

Why a 14-day hold? To prevent a fraud pattern: invite → pay yourself → cancel → keep referral commission. Hold + clawback closes the loop.

Do I lose my earnings if I delete my account? No. Earnings up to deletion are paid to your bank within 7 days.

Can I become a Tier 3 partner faster? Yes — bring volume. Every Rp 5M of invitee lifetime spend moves you up. There's no shortcut, but there's no cap either.
